MELISSA ASALDE - GENERAL MANAGER
With over 20 years of experience in the flooring industry, Melissa brings a deep understanding of both product and installation to every project. She began her career managing a flooring store, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service, product knowledge, and project coordination.
Today, as a General Manager at Dalton Wholesale Floors, she combines that experience with a hands-on approach to help clients find the right solutions for their spaces. Melissa is known for her attention to detail, honest communication, and commitment to making the process as smooth as possible from start to finish.
Outside of work, she enjoys finding new ways to stay inspired, both personally and professionally.
